The strategies we choose is to make every customer’s experience starts with the touch points were our employees interact with the customers. We give high value to each customer hence servicing them with all our enthusiasm and dedication. No customers returns from our show rooms or from our service visits unsatisfied. Our sales personnel are trained to interact with our customers.
Our customers are provided with the complete information of the products and reasons to go for a particular product. They have the freedom on taking their time in their purchase decision which will be backed by the information provided by our sales personnel.
2. Post purchase services
Post purchase services are another important aspect that we put all our efforts to provide efficiently. Our customers can any time avail post purchase services that include us attending their complaints after the purchase of the products. Our services personnel are alert at all time to respond promptly to the complaints of our customers. Our customers have the option of calling on services in their work place or home services. Our personnel attend the calls and try to solve the complaints through phone and the other option includes our service personnel visiting our customers home to solve their complaints.
