We have a dynamic management structure to enable effective and transparent management style. The company is divided into three major departments:
- Marketing and Sales Department
- Administrative and Finance Department.
- Support and Service Department.
Each department is headed by a departmental head who, monitors and guides employees under their departments. The departmental heads are directly responsible to the general manager who is responsible to monitor effective functioning of all the departments. All the departmental heads are given a target that is in line with company’s objective and are expected to achieve it.
